Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Most orders ship from Perth, Western Australia. Some limited pieces may ship from a partner facility to reduce delivery times. All orders include tracking.
How long does shipping take?

US & UK
7–12 business days

Please note: limited-run items shipped from partner facilities may sit at the higher end of these delivery windows.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately depending on stock location. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking updates for each parcel.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us within 12 hours of ordering, we’ll do our best to make changes. After that, your order may already be in transit.
Prices, Duties & Taxes
Are taxes included?
All prices are listed in AUD.
Australian orders include GST at checkout.
International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Send us photos along with your order number and we’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 3–10 business days to appear.

How do Birdíe hoodies fit?
Our hoodies are oversized by design. Take your usual size for a relaxed fit or size up for a more boxy look.
How should I wash my hoodie?
Cold wash inside out and line dry for best results.
