All Birdíe orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Perth, Western Australia, unless a product is clearly identified as being fulfilled by one of our trusted supplier partners.
Australian shipping
Standard tracked shipping - $10
Standard Australian orders are sent with tracking.
Express tracked shipping - $15
Express shipping is available for eligible products dispatched directly by Birdíe from Perth.
Express shipping speeds up the delivery portion of your order, but our normal processing time still applies.
Free standard shipping over $99
Free standard Australian shipping applies automatically to eligible orders valued at $99 or more after discounts.
Free shipping does not upgrade an order to Express shipping.
Processing times
Birdíe-stocked products are generally packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed during sales, product launches, weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are generally:
- WA metro: 2-4 business days
- Interstate metro: 5-8 business days
- Regional and remote areas: 7-12 business days
Express delivery is generally faster, but delivery times depend on your location and Australia Post’s network.
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, peak periods, extreme weather or carrier delays.
Supplier-fulfilled products
Some products may be dispatched directly from one of our trusted fulfilment partners rather than from Birdíe in Perth.
Supplier-fulfilled products will be clearly identified on the individual product page and may have different processing and delivery timeframes.
When your order contains both Birdíe-stocked and supplier-fulfilled products:
- Your items may arrive in separate parcels.
- You may receive more than one tracking number.
- Each parcel may arrive at a different time.
- Express shipping may not be available for the entire order.
All customer service, return and order enquiries are still handled directly by Birdíe.
Express shipping restrictions
Express shipping is available only for eligible products that are stocked and dispatched directly by Birdíe.
Express shipping may not be available for:
- Supplier-fulfilled products
- Products dispatched from multiple locations
- Certain regional or remote delivery addresses
Available shipping options will be shown during checkout.
Address changes
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will do our best to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
International shipping
International shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout where available.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges applied by their country.
