Orders are processed Monday to Friday and are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Australia Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on Australian orders over $99 AUD.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Split Shipments
Some Birdíe orders may ship separately depending on stock location or item availability. If this happens, tracking information will be provided for each parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
