Refund policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with tags attached

Proof of purchase is also required.

Starting a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No stress.

We offer exchanges within 30 days, and we’ll cover the shipping cost on your first exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order once it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can sort it out quickly.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this may take up to 10 business days to appear.

International Orders

International customers may be eligible for additional rights depending on local laws and regulations.
